I’m passionate about working with folks who are exhausted from the “grass is always greener” mentality and are ready to deepen into a process of self exploration and healing. I am deeply informed by the healing power of nature and the wisdom of the body and use mindfulness, body awareness and guided imagery to allow you to connect with your deepest self and to empower you to grow towards deep and lasting healing.

ABOUT

I am a longtime gardener/urban farmer and am nourished by connecting to nature - I love getting my hands dirty in the garden, exploring all the gorgeous trails in Pacifica where I live and, most recently, becoming a certified scuba diver (a lifetime dream!). I am deeply committed to animal welfare and rescue. I have had the honor of fostering senior dogs while they await their forever home and of accompanying a hospice dog on the last part of his journey.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

I earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Before going into private practice, I worked and trained at Church Street Integral Counseling Center and Grateful Heart Holistic Therapy Center.

In addition to my private practice, I have an extensive background in community based mental health - most recently at a crisis stabilization unit for youth experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms.
