Hello and Welcome! I’m Dahlia. As a licensed therapist, I offer a safe and compassionate space for clients to feel support, encouragement and guidance as they navigate daily stressors and life transitions that can be frustrating and depleting.

When we experience painful events, or are depleted from ongoing stress, anxiety or depression, it can feel like we are alone and that our foundation is unstable. It takes courage to reach out to find a therapist to help you restore balance and find fulfillment in your life.
